4 gnome statues are hidden in the realms of Darksiders 2.

You will have to use your Soul Splitter ability to move the 1st soul on the first hand-holds. Then with the other soul flip the hand-holds on the other side of the wall making the 1st soul enter the hidden room. The GnoMad's Gnome is just near the treasure box you see on the mini map.
The passage will be free of corruption after you cleaned the West tower. Follow the North aqueduct and enter the small passage to get the GnoMAD gnome
This room is accessible only after getting the VoidWalker ability. You will need to dive into the water in the north of the chamber and swim until you reach the hidden alcove.
